These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the Customer”) and West London Removal (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for the provision of removal and related services. By booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide professional removal services including house removals, office relocations, man and van services, packing, and transportation. The exact scope of work will be agreed upon prior to your booking and may vary depending on your specific requirements.

2. Quotations

All quotations are based on the information you provide at the time of enquiry. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate, including the volume of items, access conditions, and any special handling requirements. If the actual job differs from the provided details, we reserve the right to revise the final cost accordingly.

3. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once agreed by both parties and, where required, a deposit has been received. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of goods until payment has been made in full.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this period may result in the loss of your deposit. We will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all items are ready for transport at the agreed time. Unless you have booked our packing service, all items should be properly packed and secured. You must also ensure that access to the property is safe and that appropriate parking arrangements are available.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we aim to deliver our services on time, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, or access restrictions. Additional charges may apply if delays are caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided at the time of booking.

7. Liability and Insurance

We handle your belongings with the utmost care; however, our liability is limited to the terms of our standard insurance coverage. We strongly recommend that customers arrange additional insurance for high-value or irreplaceable items. We are not liable for damage to items that were not packed by our team.

8. Items We Cannot Transport

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport hazardous, flammable, perishable, or illegal items. This includes, but is not limited to, explosives, chemicals, and prohibited goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that none of these items are included in your move.

9. Damage and Claims

In the unlikely event of damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. Any claim will be assessed in line with our insurance policy and terms of service.

10. Storage (If Applicable)

Where storage services are provided, additional terms may apply regarding storage duration, access, and fees. These will be clearly communicated prior to agreement.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
